Very happy dealing with Angel Horn.
Excellent quality player. A massive upgrade from the 6-in-1 that I bought previously.
I did listen to my records thru a stereo system. Now, living in a small condo,
I decided that the speakers, receiver, turntable, 2 antennas and all the wires had to go.
Thus I wanted a stand alone turntable. Giving up listening to my albums was
Not an option. I searched for and found this Angel Horn. Its sound quality is good.
It seems to be well made and has a sleek clean sophisticated look. The only thing I
mIss is being able to adjust the treble or base. However the sound is clear and authentic.
Since I bought this I've listened to about 12 albums (both sides) thus far. And can say I am pleased.
i liked this one of the size. i have a handbuilt bar that made so many years ago and it has an opening on top that a lot of record players wont fit in - but this nice compact one does and i don't have visible speaker wires, or necessarily have to take up additional space with speakers. unfortunately the speaker situation on this one is where it is lacking. the turntable itself is great and easy to get set up. it has the nice audiotechnica needle so that you get a solid playing experience. the speaker on the system is OK - totally managable and you can hear all the things. you will have a much better sound experience if you run different speakers through it.
overall though - solid system with all the things ready to go. awesome if you have limited space because it's a nice square size vs the long rectangle. and there is a built in OK speaker to help minimize space taken.
dustcover is included, as well there is a lever to lower and raise the arm. i thought this was always standard until i received one without. they are important - it's nice when you don't have to purchase them separate and install.
''Love everything about this....
Set up was easy.... Great packaging.''
