Official Rules

Campaign Period: October 28 – November 7, 2026

Celebrate Halloween with music, vinyl, and your own unique style! Join the Angels Horn Halloween UGC Challenge for a chance to win an Angels Horn turntable or gift cards redeemable at the official Angels Horn website.

By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following Official Rules.

1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by Angels Horn (“Sponsor”), through its official website, www.angelshorn.com.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion begins on October 28, 2026, and ends on November 7, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) (the “Promotion Period”).

Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of the Sponsor and its affiliates may be excluded from participation where permitted by applicable law.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

To participate, follow these steps:

1. Create an original Halloween-themed photo or video featuring your vinyl setup, record player, favorite records, music corner, or Halloween listening experience.

2. Publish your content on Instagram or TikTok during the Promotion Period.

3. Tag the official Angels Horn account in your post.

4. Include the hashtags #SpinYourSpookySeason and #AngelsHorn.

5. Keep your entry publicly accessible during the Promotion Period and until the winners are announced.

Your content should celebrate music, vinyl culture, Halloween creativity, or your personal listening experience.

Entry requirements:

• Entries must be original and created by the participant.

• Each participant may submit up to one eligible entry per platform, for a maximum of two entries across Instagram and TikTok.

• Private accounts, incomplete entries, copied content, and entries that violate applicable platform rules may be disqualified.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing an Angels Horn product will not increase your chances of winning.

• Internet access and a valid Instagram or TikTok account are required.

5. Prizes

Six winners will be selected to receive the following prizes:

Gift card terms:

• Gift cards are redeemable exclusively for eligible products purchased through the official Angels Horn website at www.angelshorn.com.

• Gift cards cannot be redeemed at other retailers or third-party websites.

• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law, and may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes.

• Any unused balance remains subject to the applicable gift card terms and law.

• Shipping fees, taxes, and other charges are the winner’s responsibility unless otherwise stated by the Sponsor.

The first-prize winner will receive one X200 turntable. Product availability and fulfillment will be coordinated by the Sponsor.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion or where required by law.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by the Sponsor from eligible entries based on the following criteria:

• Creativity and originality: 40%

• Halloween atmosphere and visual presentation: 30%

• Connection to music, vinyl culture, or Angels Horn: 20%

• Overall quality and presentation: 10%

The Sponsor’s judges will evaluate eligible submissions using these criteria. The six highest-scoring eligible entries will be selected as winners, subject to verification of eligibility.

In the event of a tie, the Sponsor will use creativity and originality as the primary tie-breaker.

The Sponsor’s decisions regarding judging and eligibility will be final, subject to applicable law.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted through the Instagram or TikTok account used to submit their entries. The Sponsor may also announce winners through its official social media channels.

Winners must respond within five (5) calendar days of notification and provide any information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver their prizes.

If a selected winner does not respond within the specified period, is found ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner in accordance with these Official Rules.

Never pay a fee or provide payment card details to claim a prize. Official winner communications will come from the Sponsor’s designated official account.

8. Content Rights and Permission

Participants retain ownership of their submitted content.

By entering, participants grant the Sponsor permission to repost and display their entries on the Sponsor’s social media channels for the purpose of featuring the campaign and its participants, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.

Any use of participant content in paid advertising, commercial campaigns beyond the promotion, or other extended marketing uses may require separate permission.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to all materials included in their submissions, including music, photographs, videos, and other third-party content.

9. Participant Conduct

Entries must not contain unlawful, misleading, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these Official Rules, infringe third-party rights, involve fraudulent activity, or attempt to manipulate the judging process.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, inaccessible, or misdirected entries; technical failures; platform outages; or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Instagram and TikTok Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok.

By entering, participants release Instagram and TikTok from responsibility for this promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Participants must comply with the applicable terms, community guidelines, and promotion policies of the platform on which they enter.

12. Privacy

Information collected from participants will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners, and deliver prizes. Any additional use of personal information will be subject to the Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy and consent requirements.

13. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Official Rules and, where circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it, to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable law.

Any material changes will be communicated through the Sponsor’s official channels where practicable.

This promotion is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
