Good starter system, or for older people like us, that just want to play their old records. Shipping and customer service are great. I recommend this turntable and bookshelf speakers.
I was looking for something with a great reputation but basic no frills and this delivers! I grew up listening to music this way and love that we can play records we have from decades ago that have simply collected dust. The turn table is stylish and actually sounds great for not having external speakers. It was easy to set up and we are stoked with this purchase!
The sound quality is great for a speaker of this size. It gives me a crisp clear sound with adequate bass. I actually purchased two sets, the wood grain look and also the black wood grain. The second set was purchased because I kept getting a split second interruption with the signal while streaming music. That was quite annoying, just to discover that the second set does the exact same thing no matter what device I've paired the speakers with. I've tried cell phones, smart TV and tablet. I wonder if it is actually the speakers or some type signal interruption in my residence but it doesn't happen with ANY of my other Bluetooth devices. I'm just saying...
Amazingly good sound for size of system---and the reasonable price. My collection of vinyls (some 60+ years old) are experiencing a new life and bringing great joy.
