Setting up the tone arm is not the friendliest but I got through it ok.
Plays well, sounds great and hooked up easily to my 1971 Kenwood Tuner and Fisher Xp 7c Speakers. Glad I saved most of my original albums.
This is a lot more than an Entry Level turntable, only the price can be considered as entry level. I have had many turntables and record changers over the past 50 years and none have excited my eyes and ears as this one. Unboxing and setup were routine. The instruction manual is well written and informative. Universal power supply making this item useable just about any place in the world without the need for voltage converters, frequency converters etc. Speeds checked within tolerance with strobe disc and a calibration certified tachometer. 45.26 and 33.40 . The heavy weight platter acts as a flywheel to keep speed constant. The Audio Technica AT3600L has a well established track record for providing excellent sound with its conical diamond stylus with optimal stylus pressure of 3.5 grams which will not have excessive wear on your records.Replacement stylus are economical and widely available. Suggested life of the stylus is 300 to 500 hours playing time according to Audio Technica. The built in pre-amp sounds as good as mine costing half as much as this entire turntable so there is no need for most listeners to buy a higher grade one and for that matter the same would apply to the cartridge. The only slight inconvienience I find with this great turntable is that the on off switch is on the back of the turntable. Even my 65 year old well used 45's sound great on this turntable and the wear hiss and distortion I experienced with these records on other turntables seems like it is gone. The Angel Horn Turntable puts the fun back into playing records. I am so impressed I have ordered a second one ! At the sale price if you are looking for a new Turntable you can hardly go wrong. Angel Horn really did their homework when they came up with this one.

1st day. Just got it hooked up. Install was relatively easy and straight forward.Sound quality on my old receiver was as expected.For the money at this point I feel like it was totally worth it.
